Tai Chi Classes
Make it a healthy New Year with low impact Tai Chi exercise classes beginning Friday, January 23 at 10 AM. Local Tai Chi instructor Mike Muscato is back to lead the ten weekly classes.
Tai Chi has been known to offer adults a multitude of benefits including improved balance and coordination, stress relief, aid in joint mobility and overall increased energy.
