Tai Chi Classes
Low impact Tai Chi exercise classes begin Friday, September 12 at 10 am. Local Tai Chi instructor Mike Muscato will be leading these 6-week sessions.
Tai Chi has been known to offer adults a multitude of benefits including improved balance and coordination, stress relief, aid in joint mobility and overall increased energy.
